      Lindsay Martin, has ben a RDN for over 14 years. Lindsay is a professional member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and has served as a board member for TAND/VAND and MAND (meaning she knows her stuff).

      She received her Bachelor of Science from Radford University and completed her Dietetic Internship while completing her Master of Science with summa cum laude honors at Marshall University. Her vast experience in the healthcare industry ranges from clinical experience to preventative nutrition education, sharing her expertise in public speaking events, and has been featured on a broad range of media channels. 

      As a mother of two, she also understands the need for fast and easy solutions for making healthy lifestyle choices.
